Here is what I don't get...how many former Ximedica folks have ties (once worked) for various competitors ? Even within Bertner's staff, how many have ties to major medical device companies in the HC field? They all worked as analysts and visited various high-level management teams for years.

This consistent tight-lipped philosophy CANNOT and WILL NOT prevent a person tied to Titan in some form from spewing intricate details if they chose to do so. Am I missing something here ?? Loyalty is not always a one-way street

Then there's Joe T, Craig L, various University surgeons to boot that can all talk and who knows what kind (and depth) of grudges there are in these circles ??
