Funny that you are so sure about outcome legal battle. I worked intimately with the attorney for CT and both of us thought CT would win because Bylaws and Nevada law required general meeting. The decision of Judge was a huge surprise to attorney for CT and myself and also surprise for SH attorney. However, without being an attorney or studying the controlling Nevada law statute; you are positive you know the the legal ruling the Judge will make regarding whether a.general meeting is necessary. Ever think it possible that you think you know tons of stuff which is not really true at all.
