Btw, I don't have a problem with insider selling when a company's shareprice finally sees a big move up after years of mgmt's hard work in building earnings.
The problem is with insiders selling who know their companies have a toxic time-bomb in their financial dealings or who have insider info that their sector is souring or the product/service is going to fail in some way, but they run "pump and dump" schemes on their shareholders and all the big insiders get largely out before the "slaughtered sheep." That's what's really heinous in my view.
