And therein lies the reason why sales of our products over the counter are allowed in other countries such as the UK and NOT here. What is the difference between us and these other countries. The answer is simple: OUR FDA! Here in the good ole USA, government corruption is, has been, and always will, exist. Why does OUR FDA take so long to review and decide while other countries approve expediently? OUR FDA will say that they are diligent and cautious when reviewing applications, therefore the delays. Delays like we are witnessing are very damaging to start up companies with very little money from sales that are depending on approval for existence. Bioelectronics would not be the first company severely damaged or bankrupt from such FDA shenanigans. Are these delays intentional for that exact reason? They will say that they are cautious for the safety of the American people but all the while they are PREVENTING relief from those that can't or won't take pills that DESTROY the liver. Who sits on the FDA? Where did they get their knowledge of pharmaceuticals? They must have rubbed elbows somewhat with big pharma somewhere, someway, someday. hmmmm. Drugs get passed with warning signs of "death" as a possible side affect but a treatment with NO side affects gets derailed by the FDA at every turn? EFFICACY?? How about one of the hot shots on the committee strap the sucker on your back one day when having back pain and see for yourself. Why are we skeptical of their motives in this particular situation? Why? Because they (the FDA) have given us every reason TO BE!
