As an investor, calling HQ for documented information is the FIRST and best place to get the question answered.

I believe the major players HAVE asked these questions. Wear out of some key parts just maybe of nominal cost, etc., thus making the durability issue (if any) mute.

A serious research would call those who own the patent, not just those who work on just a piece of the action... IMHO.
