I'm thinkin .. smart money has yet to get involved. Big boys are definitely lurking and chomping on everyword coming from the courts. GTATQ, at this point, could go either way. imo. pffffst. Hey X, "non-exclusivity for their sapphire" sounds like it could be "THE" bargaining chip.
