No, it is dilution, almost sure. Well, the stock tried to run, and, it was taken down, and, every attempt to run, it is hammered down, so it is already down significantly.

I only don't know if it was what caused the dump from .65 after the split, but, it is possible.

One way to confirm this is to call the tranfser agent, but, I am almost sure that the float increased.

For another side, I can't understand why the dilution if they got money from the investors, so it doesn't make sense.

I don't think they(company) are blocked from diluting, the investors are blocked from selling, it is different.
