I see what you are taking about. Can it simply be MM's blocking the price to move up or MM's swapping shares? If it was dilution the price would be moving down significantly?

Also earliest time company can dilute is on Nov. 22nd and I highly doubt the company would do that considering that they are in much higher than this. Why not wait unit they need money? They have money to sustain the business until March of 2015.
