The patent is still pending but the problem is there are already thousands of companies working on similar tech, just google it, it's overwhelming. The patent won't mean anything if someone like Apple manages to develop or buy a portable EEG BCI device that's even half as sophisticated, they have all the exposure.

They'll devour VOIS and sh!t it out before lunch.
