Don't think for minute that progress isn't being made in the GRIFCO case. I just got a notice that Jarvis will be transferred to a half way house in February.

"the inmate is scheduled to release on August 24, 2015. the inmate is not eligible for parole. Upon release, the inmate will reside in Willis, Texas, (that's the crooks home town) and will be supervised by the United States Probation Office at USPO .

It looks like Jarvis will be spending the last two years of his sentence at home.

Just how fucked up is this? We can't even get the DOJ to answer our calls!
