Dear shareholders, it has come to our attention today that people have received emails and other communication from unknown sources in an apparent promotional scheme involving the Company’s common stock. These are clearly “spam” communications and promotion efforts that have not been authorized or condoned in any manner whatsoever by the company or any of its representatives. We do not know the origin or motive for these promotional efforts and deplore that they have taken place.
