GTATQ $$$$ Sorry to hear that. Just remember...AAPL needs to meet production estimates and needs to maintain vendors...they also have information in the contract that they do not want made public...and this case is certainly not good press for them. They already offered a much better agreement to GTATQ in hopes that the documents could be kept sealed...it's not GTAT's decision to have them opened, it's the Judges decision....AAPL must know by now what has to be done if they don't want the documents opened....the entire CH11 has to go away. They could simply offer a bail out package and there would be no need to continue the CH 11.
