Yea, and since FITX is located literally next to a couple of homes, I'm pretty sure it means they're screwed. As for the rejection, F1 was a joke, and all they did is purchase an option, so no biggie there. As for the PP that everyone keeps talking about. In the business world, PPs usually take 6 months to a year. The fact that supreme was able to knock out a PP in less than 2 months is pretty damn good.
