distribution of certain assets to its bona fide shareholders.
You are hereby notified that proper proof of your ownership of
shares of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. stock (trading symbol CMKX) may
entitle you to this distribution by the company. The company is
requesting that you obtain a certificate of your holdings from
the Transfer Agent.
You will be entitled to receive this distribution from CMKM
Diamonds, Inc. once your certificate is received by the Task
