not true. There are certain laws that protect businesses regardless of what you write in contract. for example, the ticket you purchase to go to theme park has all kinds of disclaimers making it sound like you are responsible if something happens to you, yet majority of cases in a incident the theme parks end up paying for all incidents.

Any contract cannot be bigger than the stipulated law. All Contract does is restrict certain things, but not all contract terms are enforceable in good faith but are in contract as folks get carried way in writing such contracts. This is what I do for living.

we all know that contract law is bigger than contracts itself. you can write one sided contracts but cannot enforce it as Court will decide that for you whats legal and reasonable when there is dispute or hardship.
