rockie101, they indicated as much in a filing a couple of months ago. When the "powers that be" want this buried once and for all you can bet this case will be deep-sixed forever regardless of what the lesser players may want.

If I had committed many of these issues and was guilty, I too would want this case gone forever yesterday. I do believe the time is relatively close for complete closure, possible even this year but again only time will tell.
