Well, let me put it another way. The first that was posted about the massive promotion on here was September 12th. Some even posted the emails that they had received. The reason why it is so fresh in my mind is because I had just gotten back into VPOR and was contemplating selling it on the day of that promo. The price hit .036 and I had an order in to sell at .036 which didn't get filled.
So if the email promo campaign was going on before that then no shareholder on IHUB was aware of it.
At any rate I will wait to find out what the purpose of it was which I imagine will be divulged when fins are released.
