Unlikely, judging by history Koos isn't stupid enough to do such a large R/S. The last and only R/S that I see was 2005 10 for 1. Considering the current share structure has been around since 2005 the fact we're just a bit north of 3 billion, to me shows the guys got unusual restraint for a pink sheet CEO. So judging by his history a huge R/S seems unlikely.

Also I'm not convinced an R/S of any size is even likely. Large amounts of shares have been added before look at Dec 21 low of .0002 and look how it rose from the ashes.
