No reverse split is coming, they reverse split/changed name because of change in company direction. Havent seen any dilutive MMs on the ask, the # of authorized was reduced, float is super low or it wouldnt move as easily as it it does.

the dtc chill is no big deal tons of otcs have them and it really doesnt affect them, some of the biggest runners have been non dtc, you just have to get the right broker like etrade. Any otc player without etrade by now obviously doesnt have a clue. can't trade without them.
