Is the Outstanding Share structure going up from 388M?

* Can somebody show me proof that the OS is going up again? Because if the OS is going up again, than i would certainly think about another possible REVERSE SPLIT in my opinion of speculations.....
* SOmebody mentioned the OS was over 400M, can anybody provide a link on that?
* Anybody worried about dilution?

Is the DTCC chill still in affect? Or is it over in regards to MNZO stock? Is the SEC involved?
