True enough. If Schadel misses even one payment within the 10 year agreement the IRS takes immediate collection action with the lien already in place. So, either Schadel pays the $1.65 million or loses everything. The IRS loses absolutely nothing and that shouldn't surprise anyone.
The only thing that would surprise me is anyone believing these worst case scenarios. I guess we forget that the company is going to do $25 million in revenues this year and are projected to do $40 million without any additional growth.
