Well, it's pretty obvious that the IRS "abated" nothing and interest is actually 3.36% per annum as I eloquently laid out in the link below for anyone who cares to actually read filings and other DD.

The IRS absolutely abated the penalties. I definitely see lies but they are not coming from Labor SMART!
