SIMH Dilution at Record levels?
Per the latest 10Q the OS was reported as 18,030,724 shares of common stock are issued and outstanding as of August 11, 2014.
Per this 13G Filing the OS was already 33,898,486 on October 13, 2014
On October 22, 2014 another 13G was filed showing that Coventry Enterprises, LLC owns 2,947,367 shares or 6.29%.
If ~3M shares are 6.29% of the O/S the O/S must have been ~47M shares at the date of the 13G.
MM's VFIN,VNDM intermittently BRKT and since yesterday WDCO are daily on the bid and dumping more shares into the Market.
Based on the continious selling via those MM's I'd assume the OS must have reached already close to 60M shares.
Seems like a new Record for Dilution is in the making here.
500% by the next 10Q seem to become very possible
