Didn't Intel delay their 14nm FF ramp? Maybe that's who they're talking about

Wasn't the topic Ultratech Steppers? Intel doesn't use those AFAIK. But there is no doubt Intel is late with their 14nm process, but this isn't Intel's first FF rodeo. Something else is the issue besides basic FinFets. The other manufacturers are just starting out on these structures.
