MIKP files a Form 10.
Creating problems for the Bambi KMAGgot conspiracy.
MIKP suggests they will have a 211 in very quickly after a Form 10 filing. Seem to remember 90 days. A MM will very likely want to see a 10K first. A matching up to the year end. KMAG never got that far.
Then the brave MM might file a 211. Without proof the investigation is closed, FINRA rejects it. Like they did the KMAGgot Kmaginary(?) 211.
There's a lot of bumps in the road yet for MIKP.
MIKP soft peddles the fact they were ever suspended. They mention it in passing as to a reason why their stock may not trade well. The balance sheet is a bloody pulp.
MIKP is in a dead(?) heat with my ole friend LLEG. Where LLEG got registered with a S1, and about 6 months after unzipping his fly, Bart had SEC litigation filed against him. Who is preventing KMAG's cult hero Jeffy from submitting a Form 10? His lawyers.
