This is Interdigital and while I'm as excited as all the other longs here, I realize after some 20 years that nothing seems to be certain with this stock when it comes to verdicts.

There always seems to be another venue for appeal to continue to drag this out.

The companies IDCC wants to sign up are like me and the TV cable companies. I just want to purchase ESPN sports package for $5.00 a month and the cable company says we don't do it that way. If you want ESPN you have to pay for all the other channels. But I don't watch any of the other channels. Too bad, if you want ESPN you get all the rest for $150.00 a month. Watch what you want, but you are going to pay $150.00.

I like BM's respone on the verdict. No sense of triumphalism here. It's telling he says, "We hope the verdict motivates ZTE and others to reach fair and reasonable license agreements with InterDigital..." I belive the share price reflects this "hope".

Much appreciation to OD, m3s, Jim, Data, Ghors, Dodd, postyle, magilla and rest his soul Meschere and a host of others. Those who were able to attend the recent court hearings are much appreciated. Thanks to you all. I still dream of the Houston 100 and I am still long.
