Not necessarily, there are always reasons for selling that are not related to the stock: out of cash, unexpected expenses, illness/hospital, taxes, moving to another stock, no patience smile
etc....It's no use wondering about the "why" since there will always be sellers. The point is that there will be less sellers when things get moving...
