READ Yesterday's filing!!.. the 120 Million Kerry Driscoll issued to himself back in December 2013.. since then.. he has now issued himself 5,000,000 Series A preferred shares... also in reading the filing.. VOIS also issued 5,000,000 to a former officer...LOL.. likely Brent Fouch.. anybody see that Noah Fouch (Brent's Son) was issued 30 Million as a consultant for "Online VOIS Presence"...
..been saying it right along.. Brent Fouch and Kerry Driscoll have been working scams since they'ze got outta college... one company, after the next, after the next, after the next... ALL companies, including VOIS have been used as ATM's to support a rather lucrative personal life.. Brent Fouch Racing??.. now Brent is including his Son Noah and his Son's ability to support his Racing Hobby... Kerry Driscoll as CEO of VOIS.. ROFLMAO works from a Desk at his Father's Insurance agency... Somebody needs to tell Joe Abrams to Wake Up.. or he's just as much a Crook as the others in my opinion.
