I should point out that we here are invested in a company that does not (yet) report financials and on which information is at a premium: Such companies are among the riskiest of all equity investing options. Having said that, the rewards available to the investor in a company at this level are more than commensurate with the risks involved if one has chosen well.

If Ilco in fact obtains (even mildly) favorable financing and continues to obtain and fulfill contracts, finacial reporting will follow apace and the stock will trade at higher levels and on more substantial exchanges, because the risks will have been replaced by palpable facts.

It is for the adventurous risk taker with a high tolerance for loss to be invested in this company at this time and not for the weak of heart. That one does not know with conviction the salient financial facts surrounding this investment is the very reason that the potential for gain or loss is so high...Sam
