I ask for one example of Labor SMART or its CEO lying to anyone since the accusations seem to fly high without any proof and what do I get?

I posted the link below earlier this year about an email exchange I had with the CEO. I asked a rather direct question, but got a half answer that I foolishly perceived as acceptable

I'm sorry but that does not rise to the level of being lied to. Seems to me that the problem was with the person who "foolishly perceived the answer as acceptable."

Then I see this...

Did the CEO lie? Technically no since he was current on "reporting requirements" in January.

Of course he didn't lie. However. I find it interesting how we readily admit that the CEO never lied but still bring a barrage of negative comments in readily admitting so.

Talk about damn if you do and damn if you don't!
