I work for a company and we have an open line of credit for $300,000.00 that we've never used. It's quite common actually.

I agree with you wholehearted here:

"They need to do something to increase their share price"

That's what I'm excited about. They obviously showed them something in order to secure financing. They have every incentive to increase the share price and apparently the means do it.
