Exactly. If a layman like myself can find this plan of request to dismiss and expunge on page 15 of the 8k so can every other investor. This is exactly what we have been waiting for IMHO. NOW... we just need the judge to accept the proposal. So POP here and POP again on the official acceptance of the court. Giddy up!
