As for the $5,000,000 funding ... of coarse they will use it .. they wouldn't have applied for it if they didn't think they needed it. That's not to say they will use it all in one hit ... they may use a portion to complete the Midlans project & they may use another portion for the NG DGU's ... this would be my guess.

I certainly hope the funding is not the only news they have .... I would expect more ' great ' news from now on ....
