I think today's frizzy letter sets some kind of bizarre record. I just can't say what. And emails to the tfarce that have gone unanswered:

Since you have made it a point to state that neither you nor any of the task force is employed by CMKX or by Urban Casavant, and since Mr. Stoecklein has announced that he no longer represents CMKX, under what legal authority are you making demands that CMKX shareholders expend the time, effort, and money to comply with your definition of "bona fide" shareholder?
By some estimates, you recieved over $100,000 from "owners group" members who participated in Phase 1 and or Phase 2 of your "representation" of them. Why have you never provided an accounting of the use of these funds?
Why have you refused to respond to queries as to whether Mr. Martin was directly or indirectly compensated by Owners Group funds or by Task Force receipts?]
Were any Owners Group funds received by you used to pay for legal fees due to you by Mr. Martin for prior work on his behalf?
Since your stated tasks in Phase 2 of the Owners Group representation have never been completed, why is it not a conflict of interest for you to accept compensation from the Task Force financing, since the task force goals may or may not be in the best interest of your most recent owners group clients?
Are you really as effing clueless about the markets as your communications would indicate?
