74M "sells" at the bid, 2.401M "ask slaps" so the "sells" at .0002 can continue tomorrow. The last was the funniest, a 1000 share ask slap to close at .0003.

Way too funny. Even Matt knows this is dead money and he's willing to sell as many .0002s on the bid as investors are willing to buy.
