Today was interesting when you look back at the filings. The new AS does not kick in until around the 3rd week of November so if dilution was to occur right now, it can only be a maximum of 100 million.

Makes you wonder who is playing games right now. Easy to shake down a stock following that filing and prior to getting news. The only solution is news so i hope it comes soon.
