I was sitting right next to the microphone and concur that it was *not* Mr. Espy who was restrained, but another shareholder who spoke after Mr. Espy.

This other shareholder was very critical of item 2 and Harry personally. the shareholder finished speaking and stepped away from the mic, at which point Harry responded to the shareholders comments and in so many words, asked the shareholder a question (not sure if it was actually a question directly or rhetorical...). The shareholder stepped back to the mic to respond, but another shareholder had already stepped up to the mic, although had not spoken yet. When the first shareholder attempted to speak, he was asked to step back and get back in line because the second shareholder was already in front of the mic. A small tussle ensued, when the first shareholder tried to get to the mic to answer Harry's question. Eventually, the second shareholder graciously stepped away from the mic and offered it to the first shareholder so that he could respond to Harry's question.

That's it. Really was a non-event. More of a speaker protocol issue than anything else.
