Let's talk facts.....

Why it went to pinky?

Well, this is the first problem. If we do not know the difference between a fully reporting OTCQB company and a Pinksheet company I suggest we learn the difference BEFORE giving advice!

Labor SMART has always maintained a fully reporting status and has never been a Pinksheet company. FACT!

Why it's Never made a penny?

Oh gee.... I don't know. Maybe it's because they have consistently been showing triple digit growth and multi-state expansion while only operating for less than 3 years. I do not know of any aggressive growth companies trading on the OTC market that have successfully formulated a business model that allows for that type of growth WHILE showing net income at the same time. Usually, companies grow the hell out of their business and then show net income AFTER they stifle their growth! DUH!

Why it's falling down so big?

Once again, if we learned how to actually read a press release we would know that LTNC already addressed this issue with a very viable explanation.

Here I'll help you out:

Labor SMART Oct. 22nd Press Release

However, one of these investors exited their position over the last few weeks in a very aggressive manner, causing a vicious drop in our stock price and market cap. This is unfortunate from a short term perspective. As of yesterday, our public float was trading at less than 1 week's top line revenue. It goes without saying that this valuation is not reflective of our business. Steps are being taken to prevent this type of event from happening again in the future."

All is because it's Scam and vastly diluting!

Sorry, but anyone who has actually done an ounce of due diligence on this company knows that it is not a scam.

Vastly diluting?

Again, let's do our due diligence. This company has gone from 27 million shares outstanding to under 40 million in the last 12 months. I'm not sure using the word "vastly" is appropriate, AT ALL!
