17 mill plus 4 mill = 21 mil
Total in Quorum was 96 mil minus 63 mil = 33mil

There were 33 million shares in Quorum that did not vote
for the stock plan.

33mil + 21mil = 54mil

Is that why management had an outside agency calling shareholders about three weeks before the vote? Because they knew it was going to be a landslide?

Do not think so. Not then. Not now.
