Again you are CORRECT!

By not voting for the quorum it was like saying NO.

G it was not by a landslide despite what you derive.
Arnold is correct. You are wrong.

Management won but not by much.
If they choose to grant themselves another 18 million
they may as well sodomize the small investors. Dilution
is a no win for the small guys.

Let us hope they just stick to the buisness at hand the shareholders meeting. "Beware of greedy leaders" George
