There are probably thousands of very small shareholders who have not asked for their certificates. Some have, and they have been given various stories by their brokers. This has all been duly noted by the Frizzball. It's Showtime, guys. If the DTCC just put 130 billion shares into play, then the shares will all be accounted for. But the juicy question is .. "Will the new people asking for certs from here out be asking for MORE THAN 130 billion in total ?". I think this will indeed be the case.
