I think you guys are lowballing a buyout. Assuming the tech is real of course, which we still don't know for sure. If Facebook paid 2B for Oculus Rift, which is basically a really sophisticated small screen with an accelerometer, then a mind control tech that fits in a bluetooth device is worth at least a few times that.
