After 22 years in the military, as an enlisted and retired Mustang officer, I developed a heavy no BS, end state, cut to the chase mindset. Don't tell me what you think I want to hear, please save the extraneous BS for someone else, just tell me what I NEED to hear.

After several unseccusseful attempts to schedule a visit, I decided to do a "leaders-recon" on the headquarters.

Targets of opportunity are always abound.

Upon my arrival and after the initial insincere platitudes by those who greeted me (and I've seen my share of false dog-n-pony shows), I came upon the only person for whom I made the trip (other than for visiting my USMC F18 pilot son, daughter in law and granddaughter).

Since I missed the open house, I was allotted only a fraction of time (15 mins is all it took)...so, I cut right to the chase.

"I have no interest in touring the complex, the machine, or the warehouse. I came to hear ONE thing".

Question: "As a heavy laden investor, can you tell me why I should stay invested in this company? Please give me a no-nonsense, straight to the point assessment on the future of this company. Tell me WHY I should have faith in YOUR company!"

Response: "I am here because I believe in the future."

After some more dialogue, the conversation ended.

By NO means am I advocating or offering any investment advice. I am, however, well seasoned in the intra-personal skill set.

I will be adding to my position come Monday.
