IMO,IFUS management does not want to put an old drunk and a sleazy 100 scam man operator in jail.All the shareholders want is for the courts to review all the facts and enforce the law.
All the shareholders want is the boot brothers gone so IFUS management can continue with their business plan to build a company.
I am hopeful that common sense prevails and the boot brothers listen to their attorney,stop delaying, and settle to avoid additional legal fees,and criminal charges for their activities.
