I fully agree with your post on the other board. This is just too important to be a

linear

program waiting for test 1 to be completed and then make test 2...

If it is working, it is a revolution, so :

Major questions such as :
- laddered equipment of whole network
- precedence of TC compared to the competitors re production
- sharing of information
- price
- protocol for product optimization
- profit sharing between TC and STWA (sorry, I maintain this)
- etc ...

are being discussed now imho
