the form 10 most definitely is not priced in...The market does not even fully believe it will ever be filed. That is why this stock tanks on every broken promise of a file release. So if this occasion turns out to be like the 15 aug or other headfakes - watch out below...OTOH if true the ceiling is sky high...even I, Mr. cynic can see that
