Thanks for the reports from the courthouse. Now we have to figure out if both sides have rested their cases in chief and whether or not IDCC will present any rebuttal testimony. Once, IDCC's finishes rebuttal we should go straight to oral argument and deliberations.

Should we win infringement and validity, then the next question will be whether we will move to damage phase with same jury or will it be in the future. I hated to present damages to a second jury. I always felt that I wanted the same jury to set damages that found the bad guys liable. Guess we'll know more soon.
