OK GUYS COURT SUMMARY FOR FRI! CONTROLLED EXHUBERANCE!!!!!!
Sorry so late didn't get out of the courtroom till 5:40 pm after hanging around for 2 1/2 hrs! MAYBE JUST MAYBE BOOM WENT THE DYNAMITE! Pre trial (as I told you last night in 10 minutes Max had their expert witness destroyed) ZTE moved to have the documents used to impeach their expert based I believe on no foundation Judge denied it, Max went on to totally take their guy apart! Pre trial discussion of LUCAS PATENT JUDGE: " Dubious of Nokia's guy testimony not a foundational witness for this exhibit! 3 of us later heard the Judge say it will be rejected looking for that hopefully Mon,Lucas has been big part of their defense! The ZTE expert who TECHNICAL & I thought was the most credentialed witness and was destroyed on cross exhibits documents are allowed. The same ZTE attorney who blew up on cross of Dr. Hass our expert witness did it again today with Hass again trying to get him to state he re wrote claim construction!Argument denied he could not get it together after that stumbled and fumbled totally ineffective accomplished nothing and ran out of time. Motions pending that could help with the JAWANDA PATENT which is also a major part of there defense.
