A clean shell costs $50,000 to $100,000. AAPT has a market value of $320,000 as of today. A take out ignoring the liabilities would put the share price at $0.00012. another >80% down from where we are now.

I guess you can break an ankle while stepping off a curb.

Now think about this. Barry and Lisa paid themselves over $5 million of shareholder money to create all of this corporate value. Yeah, maybe it wasn't a scam and they deserved all of that compensation.
