As of today, those Investors are 90 % deep under water with no Chance to see the Money again. What would you do for an Exit out of this mess:
You get in talk a listed Company who operates profitable and you go for a tender or you get in talk with a private Company and organise an RTO. In a tender you can give your Shares (swap them) for new Shares in the listed Company and hope that you may recover some of the heavy losses and if it goes through an RTO it could very well be, that this private Company is in control of those who financed AAPT.
Frankly, if I would be those German Investors who invested millions, I would certainly not sit back and Shredder the certificates I would go for the control.
